8. Commanding a high salary or other significantly high remuneration for services, as compared to others in the field.
9. Comparable evidence where the listed criteria are not readily applicable to the beneficiary’s occupation.

O3 - Dependents Of O1A

The O3 Visa is available to spouses and unmarried children under 21 who are O1A visa holders. This enables them to spend the same amount of time in the United States as the primary O1A holder.
